
Kahlia Richards
Kahlia is from Parkersburg, West Virginia, and has been twirling since the fall of 2023. In that time, she has quickly become a standout member of the Phoenix Twirlers, competing both with the team and individually. She is a fast learner who loves practicing her skills in the gym and at home, always striving to improve. Her dedication has already earned her incredible accomplishments—she is the 2025 NBTA Juvenile Beginner Pageant Winner, giving her the honor of representing West Virginia at nationals, and the 2025 NBTA West Virginia Juvenile Beginner State Solo Winner!

Outgoing, confident, and full of energy, she brings a smile and positive attitude to every practice and performance. She isn’t shy about sharing her thoughts, making friends wherever she goes, and thriving in both the team and individual aspects of the sport. Her enthusiasm and joy make her a valued member of the Phoenix Twirlers family.
In addition to her vibrant personality, Kahlia is a hard worker who consistently perfects her basics, learns new team routines, and develops her solo performances. Motivated by the talented athletes around her, she strives to grow every day, showing determination and focus in everything she does. With her skill, dedication, and positivity, Kahlia is sure to accomplish even more in the seasons ahead and continue making a lasting impact in the world of baton twirling.


Fun Facts
Kahlia's favorite tricks are two spins and flat one spins. Her favorite individual event is fancy strut but she is already loving her new solo. She is always working on her routines and is willing to show them off to anyone. She is very excited to be a part of some of our 2026 competition team routines and to be a part of a great community and twirling family.
