Shaylee is twelve years old and is from Parkersburg, West Virginia. She joined Phoenix Twirlers in March of 2023 and has been twirling for about two years in total. She loves learning new tricks and perfecting her skills. She is a very hard worker and is always striving to learn something new. Shaylee a very fast learner and always surprises us with how quickly she masters new skills.

Shaylee's first time competing with Phoenix Twirlers was at the Triple Crown Miss St. Patrick's Day Team competition in 2023 Shaylee and her team earned a first place. What a memorable first competition! Her favorite competition memory was at the 2023 Twirling Unlimited Regional Championships in Sissonville, WV. Not only did her team receive a first place Regional Championship title, but they also performed a no drop routine! She is also very proud to have competed individually for the first time at the 2024 NBTA West Virginia State Championships and bring home three first places. She is your 2024 West Virginia State Preteen Special Beginner Solo Winner and newly crowned 2024 West Virginia Preteen Novice Pageant Winner!

Shaylee is looking forward to making new memories with Phoenix Twirlers and continuing to learn and improve on her twirling abilities. She is very excited to continue competing individually and to learn more solo routines in 2024. She is improving very quickly and is going to be moving up the ladder in the twirling world!
