Ashley started twirling in the summer of 2020. She had been wanting to give twirling a try throughout most of her life. She has learned a lot from her past coaches but Ashley really feels that Phoenix Twirlers has given her the confidence and pride to do anything she sets her mind to. In a short amount of time, she has already learned so much and is continuing to grow with each practice. Her goal has been to learn one new thing at every team or individual practice. She has come out of her shell so much and has really bonded with her teammates.

Ashley began competing individually in the fall of 2022. Her very first competition was the 2023 NBTA West Virginia State Championships were she received two first places and a new state title! She brought home another state title and is your 2024 West Virginia Senior Novice Solo Winner and Triple Crown New Year's Twirl-A-Bration Senior Novice Pageant Winner. She plans to continue competing individually and is ready to take on her new routines and competitions.

She is very thankful for the coaches she has now and appreciates them taking the time needed to help her. Ashley's friends and family are very proud of how far she has come in such a short amount of time and can't wait to see what she will accomplish!
